At BIN ZAHEER, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• Item is unused and unwashed
• Item is in original packaging
• Return request is made within 3 days of delivery
• Fabric is not cut, stitched or altered

Because we sell unstitched fabric, once the fabric is cut or used, it cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or washed fabrics
• Customized or stitched items
• Items purchased on sale/discount

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refund will be approved within 3–5 working days
• Refund will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
• Delivery charges are non-refundable

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchange in case of:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective fabric

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
